Pokemon Center 2012 Garchomp & Scizor large sticker. This sticker was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was only given out during a special promotion at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in 2012 and again in June, 2014. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
