Pokemon Center Fukuoka 2012 Pikachu, Oshawott, Victini, Pansage, Minccino & Munna set of 12 Pencils. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Center in Fukuoka, Japan, in March, 2012 for a very limited time. The Pokemon Center in Fukuoka moved to a new location one year ago and this set of pencils was sold for the 1st anniversary of their moving to a new location. It was never sold at any other Pokemon Center, only Fukuoka. The set includes 12 identical pencils. See "Additional Images" for closeup pictures of the pencils. Made of wood.
