Pokemon Center Fukuoka 2012 Renewal 1st anniversary clear file folder (Version #2). It was only available at the Pokemon Center in Fukuoka, Japan, in April, 2012. The Pokemon Center in Fukuoka moved to a new location one year ago and this file folder was sold for the 1st anniversary of their moving to a new location. It was never sold at any other Pokemon Center, only Fukuoka. It is Japanese size A4, so it fits normal size pieces of paper. The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store papers inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
