Pokemon Center 2019 Flying With Latias & Latios Campaign Latios & Pikachu plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in April, 2019, for a very short time and in very limited quantity, during the Flying With Latias & Latios campaign. Pikachu is attached to Latios and cannot be removed. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
