Pokemon 2013 Flareon Face Mascot rubber strap. It was Not sold in the Pokemon Centers or any toy stores. It was only sold in vending machines in Japan, back in 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. There was 8 different straps in the series. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of rubber. Out of production.
