Pokemon Official Fan Club Special Version Sticker
Pokemon Official Fan Club Special Version sticker. It was only given out to Japanese Pokemon Fan Club members several years ago. I believe in one of the starter sets that had a collection file. Not for sale at the Pokemon Center, toys stores, or anywhere. Only available to Fan Club members. The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface. It is actually 4 separate stickers. Out of production.
