This card was given out in a random pack when you pre-ordered booster boxes of Infinity Zone cards thru the Pokemon Center Online website, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. On the middle right side of the card it says "Infinity Zone Campaign" in Japanese. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
