Pokemon 2019 Bandai Figure Clip Series #2 Umbreon Figure. It was only sold in vending machines at the Pokemon Centers and a few toy stores in Japan, in September, 2019, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The figure came in a random capsule in the vending machine. When you put money in the vending machine, you received 1 random capsule. This figure is actually a clip. When you tilt its head back, it opens up and it can hold a memo or pieces of paper.
