Pokemon １998 Tomy Ohenji Eevee Moving Talking Figure
Pokemon 1998 Ohenji Eevee moving & talking figure. This figure was only sold for a very short time, back in 1998, only in Japan. It is called "Ohenji" Eevee which means "reply" or "response". It is battery operated. When you talk to it, it moves its neck, wags its tail and says "bui bui". It is made of hard plastic. Comes with 2 "size 5" Japanese batteries. Out of production.
