Pokemon Center 2013 Poke Tail Campaign Eevee plush tail mobile phone strap. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in February, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the "Poke Tail" campaign. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. It has a rubber charm also attached to the tail. Made of rubber and polyester.
