Pokemon Center 2017 Eevee Poncho Campaign Leafeon mascot plush keychain. It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Eevee Poncho campaign. Eevee is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not removeable). The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester).
