Pokemon 2013 7-11 convenience store stamp rally Eevee promo card. This card was only available through a special stamp rally promotion at 7-11 convenience stores in July, 2013. Very few of the 7-11 stores actually had these promo cards. The card has shiny star-shaped holofoils over the entire area of the card that you can see if you tilt the card back and forth. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
