Pokemon 2005 Daisuki Club Fan Club Mew, Minun, Plusle, Pikachu & Trainers promo card. It was only available to very few lucky Daisuki Fan Club members. I believe it was some sort of contest or lottery. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs. Out of production. NOTE: This card is not in mint condition. Read condition below.

Condition: Average to good condition. There are some surface scratches and a slight bend on the very tip of the corner on the front of the card due to age. The back side has some slight whitening on the edge and a faint starting of a crease. Sounds worse than it is, but its not mint condition.
