Pokemon Center 2016 Cyndaquil plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in December, 2016, for a very short time and in very limited quantity. It is made in the Philippines, not China. Made of soft material (polyester).

I've made a number of purchases from Pokevault over the past few years, and have always been extremely satisfied. Everything is always priced well, ships quickly, and comes in great condition. Pokemon rarely releases their cooler merch in the US, but I've always been able to get what I've been looking for through here. That includes some porcelain items that arrived in perfect condition.
