Pokemon Center 2010 Sapporo 1st Anniversary Cowboy Pikachu, Eevee & Piplup keychain. Only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in March, 2010, for a very limited time. This special anniversary keychain was made to commemorate the Sapporo Pokemon Center's 1st anniversary. Sapporo is the newest Japanese Pokemon Center and is located in Hokkaido, Japan, which is in the very northern part of Japan. Made of metal.
