Pokemon Center Kyoto 2016 Grand Opening Campaign #2 Lugia & Ho-oh Special Set Chikorita holofoil promo card. This card was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Center Kyoto Grand Opening Campaign #2. It came inside the Pokemon Center Kyoto 2016 Lugia & Ho-oh Special Set (Contents of the special pack NOT INCLUDED. You will receive only the Chikorita card). The card has the Pokemon Center official logo on the middle right side of the card. The whole card sparkles with star-shaped holofoils.
