Pokemon Center 2013 Snivy Chibi Kyun Chara Figure Ichiban Kuji Lottery Prize NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2013 Snivy Chibi Kyun Chara figure Ichiban Kuji lottery prize. "Chibi Kyun Chara" means "small or minature character" in Japanese. It was not sold in any Pokemon Center, toy store, or anywhere else. It was only available in the "Ichiban Kuji" special lottery at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in February, 2013. If you paid 500 yen (About $6) for a random lottery ticket at the Pokemon Center, you had a chance to win this prize. This was prize "N" in the lottery. There was about 25 different prizes ranging from small items to rather nice prizes. These figures feature Pokemon characters with large size heads compared to their bodies. Very collectible. The figure comes with a plastic stand. Made of plasic.
