Pokemon Center 2016 Blastoise Plush Toy
Pokemon Center 2016 Blastoise plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in December, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. It is very similar to the 2015 version, but the color is lighter, the cannon is material (not rubbery material), it has a new style tag and it was made in the Philippines, not China. Made of soft material (polyester). NOTE:The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up well on its own. It falls forward.
