Pokemon Center 2013 Black Kyurem holofoil prism promo card. This card came inside the 2013 Black Kyurem Special Pack (You will receive the promo card only. Booster packs not included). The holofoil card is slightly different from other holofoil cards because it is like a prism instead of a regular holofoil card. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity.
