Pokemon Center 2008 Happy Birthday Pikachu Jumbo Size Foil Promo Card

Pokemon Center 2008 Happy Birthday Pikachu Jumbo size foil promo card. This card is JUMBO SIZE. It is much bigger than a normal card. It measures 8" x 5.5" (20cm x 14cm).  This card was only available at the Tokyo Pokemon Center, back in 2008. It was given out to children who went to the Tokyo Pokemon Center on their birthday (some sort of identification or proof of your birthday was required). Only the Tokyo Pokemon Center had this promotion, so there was very, very few of these given out. None of the other Pokemon Centers in Japan had the promotion. When you showed your identification to prove it was actually your birthday, you received this jumbo size Pikachu birthday card. You were also required to write your name on the card (top left of the card) in marker. This card is very rare because there is no child's name written on it. The silver area around the edges of the card and the middle of the card (Pikachu with cake area) are shiny and reflective. The rest of the card is not. It was not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
