This card was only available to participants at the 2014 Charizard Mega Battle Tournaments in Osaka and Yokohama who earned 3 points by participating in various event corners throughout the tournament. The logo on the middle left side of the card says "Charizard Mega Battle" in Japanese. It was not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, Set, deck or booster packs.
