Pokemon 2013 Bandai Pansage movie version mobile phone strap. It was only sold in vending machines in Japan in July, 2013, for a very limited time. It was not sold in any stores, Pokemon center, or anywhere else. Only in vending machines. The vending machines give out random figures inside plastic capsules (Plastic capsule NOT INCLUDED. Only the strap). There was a total of 6 different figures in the set. It is made to attach to a mobile phone, but you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage, cameras, or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of plastic. NOTE: The way that these are made, the painting is never perfect.
