Pokemon 1997 Bandai Tauros Promo Sticker Card

Pokemon 1997 Bandai Tauros sticker card. This sticker card is like a Pokemon card, but it is actually 4 stickers on a card type backing. There is 3 small stickers (approximate size: 0.5" x 0.5" or 1.5cm x 1.5cm) and one large sticker with the character on it (approximate size: 1.75" x 2" or 4.5cm x 5cm). This sticker card series was sold only in vending machines in Japan, back in 1997. The reason these sticker cards are so rare is that most children peeled the stickers off the backing, making the card worthless. On the back of the card it gives detailed information about the character (in Japanese) including height, weight, level, etc (See "additional images" to see the back of the card). The card is thinner than a normal Pokemon card and cannot be used with the official Pokemon card game, but is very rare and highly collectible.

Condition: Mint or very very near mint condition. Never been played with. No noticeable creases, dents, scratches or whitening on edges of card. PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes the cards are slightly unevenly cut, or appear to be off-center. This is a common problem with this series of sticker cards due to the fact that the card is actually 3 layers and sometimes the layers dont match up when the cards are cut.
