Pokemon 2011 BW#3 Hail Blizzard series Kyurem EX Secret Rare holofoil card. It was only available inside random booster packs of the BW#3 Hail Blizzard series that was released in September, 2011. This is one of the secret rare random inserts in this series. The odds of getting it were very very low. This card looks alot better than the picture. It has gold trim and sparkles. Very beautiful card. Only sold in Japan. NOTE: There is a tiny ding or dent on the very tip of one of the corners.
