Pokemon Center 2016 Kotoba 5108 Pikachu 25 Pendant Necklace. It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in December, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The necklace is a shiny gold color. The pendant comes on a thin metal chain. The chain length is approximately 15" (38cm) long. It is made of gold plated brass.
