Pokemon Center 2014 Nintendo 3DS Pokemon Petit Pikachu double sided TPU hardcover. This is a cover that snaps on to your Nintendo 3DS game system (NOTE: This is only a cover and not the game system). It is a double sided cover, so there is a piece to snap on to the top and bottom of your Nintendo 3DS game system. It was only sold at the Pokemon Center in Japan, in November, 2014. It was only sold for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. This is not a skin or a sticker. It is a clear plastic cover. This cover can only be used with the Nintendo 3DS game system. Made of clear TPU (type of silicon similar to plastic).
