Pokemon Center 2013 15th Anniversary Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Snivy & Friends lottery prize sticker. It was given out as a prize in a lottery drawing at the Japan Pokemon Centers. If you purchased 3500 yen (about $35) worth of items during the 15th anniversary campaign, in May, 2013, you got one chance in the lottery. This was the 4th place prize. Very limited offer. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. The sticker sheet comes with 2 stickers (One Pikachu and one with the Starter Pokemon). The back peels off and you can stick it on any surface.
