Pokemon Center 2013 15th Anniversary Pikachu Mini Clear File Folder NOT SOLD IN STORES
Pokemon Center 2013 15th Anniversary Pikachu mini size clear file folder. It was given out as a prize in a lottery drawing at the Japan Pokemon Centers. If you purchased 3500 yen (about $35) worth of items during the 15th anniversary campaign, in May, 2013, you got one chance in the lottery. This was the 3rd place prize. Very limited offer. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place.The file is smaller than normal clear files (see size below). The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store small papers, stickers, or whatever flat items that you like inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.
