Pokemon Center 2013 15th Anniversary Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Cyndaquil & Friends A4 size clear file folder. It was given out as a prize in a lottery drawing at the Japan Pokemon Centers. If you purchased 3500 yen (about $35) worth of items during the 15th anniversary campaign, in May, 2013, you got one chance in the lottery. This was the 2nd place prize. Very limited offer. Not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was very difficult to win. It is Japanese size A4, so it fits normal size pieces of paper. The left side and bottom are sealed and the right side and top of the clear file opens up like a folder so you can store papers inside of it. Made of thin clear plastic.

Condition: Brand new, but because they were handed out at the Pokemon Center without a package, they often have small machine made surface scratches or tiny dents.
