Pokemon Center 2013 Whimsicott Substitute Plush Toy

Pokemon Center 2013 Whimsicott Substitute plush toy. It was only sold in Japan at the Pokemon Centers, starting in January, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Adventure Goods campaign. The Adventure Goods campaign featured Pokemon with special items that you need for your adventures in the Pokemon video games.  Was re-released again in April, 2013, but sold out immediately again. Made of soft material (polyester).
