Pokemon Center 2013 Sylveon Mascot Plush Keychain
Pokemon Center 2013 Sylveon Mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2013, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a clasp and a strap, so you could attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Out of production. Note: The way that this plush keychain is made, it will not stand up on its own.
