Pokemon Center Skytree Town 2016 Grand Opening Campaign Poncho Pikachu Shiny Black Rayquaza mascot plush keychain. It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in July, 2016, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity during the Pokemon Center Skytree Town Grand Opening Campaign. Pikachu is dressed up in a poncho (poncho is not removeable). The keychain is like a mini plush toy. It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). Note: The way that this plush keychain is made, it will not stand up on its own.
