Pokemon Center 2015 Monthly Pikachu New Year Kimono Darumaka Plush Toy (December)
Pokemon Center 2015 Monthly Pikachu (December) plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in November, 2015, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. Due to the popularity and demand, the Pokemon Center imposed strict limits on these to limit the number that a person can buy. Every month there will be a different Pikachu plush toy with a different theme for that month. December is the preparation for the coming new year. Pikachu is wearing a Japanese traditional yukata (kimono) and holding a Darumaka "daruma". A "daruma" is a traditional Japanese one-eyed red wood statue that highly resembles Darumaka which the character is based on. When you make a goal for the new year and accomplish that goal, then you paint the other eye. Made of soft material (polyester).
