Pokemon 2006 Nintendo DS original Palkia figure. This figure was never for sale in any Pokemon Center, toy store, or anywhere else. It was given out as a gift if you reserved the Pokemon Pearl game a month before it went on sale, back in September, 2006. If you waited until the game went on sale, you did not receive the figure. The figure comes sealed in a plastic wrapper. Out of production.
