Pokemon Center 2002 Monthly Pikachu Swimming Plush Toy (August)
Pokemon 2003 Monthly Pikachu (August) plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, back in August, 2003 for a very limited time and made in very limited quantity. Every month back in 2002 and 2003, the Pokemon Center made a different Pikachu plush toy with a different theme for that month. August is very hot in Japan, so most Japanese go to the beach. This is why Pikachu is in an innertube and swimming. Made of soft material (polyester). Out of production.
