It was only available at the Japan Pokemon Centers in May, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Eevee Collection "Colorful" campaign. If you purchased packs of Pokemon cards during the special promotion, you are given this coin (while supplies lasted). It was not for sale directly at the Pokemon Center or anywhere else and was not included in any theme decks or sets. Made of plastic.
