It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in December, 2021, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Trainers Off Shot! campaign. THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AT THE POKEMON CENTER!!! It has an adjustable strap with 3 snaps on the back so you can make the hat larger or smaller. It is free size, so children can wear it as well as some adults. Made of polyester and polyurethane.
