This promo card pack was given out if you purchased 5 of the S8a 25th Anniversary Collection booster packs at the Pokemon Center or participating Pokemon retail shops for a very limited time in October, 2021. The pack comes with ONE, RANDOM promo card inside (Either Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Imposter Professor Oak, Dark Gyarados, Here Comes Team Rocket, Happy Birthday Pikachu, Team Rocket Zapdos, Cleffa, Shining Magikarp, Team Magma's Groudon, Umbreon Gold Star, Team Rocket Admin, Mew EX, Gardevoir EX, Claydol, Luxray GL Lv. X, Garchomp C Lv. X, Donphan, Reshiram, Zekrom, Mewtwo EX, Xerneas EX, M Rayquaza EX or Tapu Lele GX). You cannot choose which card that you receive. There were 25 different cards in the series. The card has the 25th anniversary logo on the middle side of the card. Not for sale in any toy stores, Pokemon Center, theme decks, sets, or booster packs.
