Pokemon Center Fukuoka 2012 Renewal 1st Anniversary letter writing set (Version #2). It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Center in Fukuoka, Japan, in April, 2012 for a very limited time. The Pokemon Center in Fukuoka moved to a new location one year ago and this letter writing set was sold for the 1st anniversary of their moving to a new location. It was never sold at any other Pokemon Center, only Fukuoka.
