In general Brian always adds a very personal touch to the communication, which makes for a very safe and trusted shopping experience. Whenever I'm looking for specific products, this will be the first place I check, and the newsletters really help stay up to date on when what products are launched (I allways skim the newsletter to quickly check for the release of specific series of products, allowing me to know about their launch way before the products finally make it to my country, if they even do so in the first place).
