Pokemon 2000 Banpresto Blastoise, Venusaur, Charizard & friends shitajiki (Pencil Board). It was NOT SOLD at the Pokemon Centers or any stores. It says "Not for sale" in Japanese on the lower corner. It was only available back in 2000. A "shitajiki" as it is called in Japanese is like a pencil board. Its a piece of thin plastic that you put underneath your paper so that it has a hard surface to write on and your pencil will not leave marks on your desk. Made of thin clear plastic.
