I purchased a deck box, deck sleeves, and a button from Pokevault. I had found Pokevault searching for Toxtricity merch and they were the only shop to have the specific merch I was looking for. I was concerned with how long it would take to ship to the States from Japan but it shipped very quickly and arrived at the post office after just a few days. I wasn't home to receive the package but Brian from Pokevault reached out to ensure that they had contacted me about the package hold that same day. If Brian hadn't reached out I probably would not have made it to the post office to retrieve the package. Once I retrieved the items I was extremely happy with their condition and immediately swapped over my deck to show off the product. I will definitely go to Pokevault for exclusive item purchases in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same!

I've made a number of purchases from Pokevault over the past few years, and have always been extremely satisfied. Everything is always priced well, ships quickly, and comes in great condition. Pokemon rarely releases their cooler merch in the US, but I've always been able to get what I've been looking for through here. That includes some porcelain items that arrived in perfect condition. The few times I've emailed with any kind of support question, I've always gotten an timely and extremely helpful and friendly response. I highly recommend getting stuff on Pokevault if you're looking for something only in Japan, and will definitely be getting more stuff in the future.

I've ordered many products from Pokevault between 2016 and now to multiple addresses, and have never once had an issue. The site owner is quick to respond to any emails or questions, the products have always arrived unharmed, and the quality and authenticity of each purchase has never been in question. I have ordered merch from Pokevault, mostly plushies, a few times over the last years. It is difficult to get Pokémon merch here in Germany, because the official Pokémon Centers don’t ship here (or anywhere in Europe except the UK as far as I know). The items I ordered always arrived in top condition and I never had any problems. The plushies also always have the original Pokémon Center tag to prove they are genuine.
