It was part of the Local Acts regional campaign which was a collaboration with the city of Nagasaki and Pokemon. The tshirt is FREE SIZE which means that it is meant to fit everyone. The tshirt shows Ampharos with hydrangea flowers which are large size colorful flowers that are famous in the Nagasaki area of Japan. Made of 100% cotton. Please make sure that you read the measurements carefully. It is made of 100% cotton and pre-shrunk. Made in Vietnam.
