Pokemon Cafe 2019 Clear Plastic Coaster Lottery Prize 1st Anniversary Cherry Blossom Pikachu. This clear plastic coaster was not for sale at the Pokemon Centers, toy stores or any other place. It was only given out as a lottery prize if you had lunch or dinner at the Pokemon Cafe in Tokyo from March 14 to April 26, 2019. When you ate lunch or dinner, you received a lottery ticket. The lottery ticket could be redeemed for a random clear plastic coaster. The Pokemon Cafe does not allow people to eat there unless you have a reservation, so you had to make a reservation more than a month in advance. It is made to use as a coaster to set your drink on, or great to just collect. Made of thin plastic.
