It was only sold at the Pokemon Centers in Japan in September, 2020, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Trainers campaign #2. THERE WAS A LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON AND IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. It is called a "parka" in Japanese which can mean either a hooded jacket or sweatshirt. It is perfect for cosplay or dressing up. It is made of a very shiny or sparkling material. Made of polyester and polyurethane.
