Pokemon Center Tohoku 2025 Grand Re-Opening Pikachu set of 64 deck sleeve card protectors (Nebuta Festival Version) (Brown Border Version). They were only available on the Pokemon Center Online website for pre-order in Japan, in May, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, to celebrate the grand re-opening of the Tohoku Pokemon Center. They were originally available with a different border, but due to demand they sold out immediately, so the Pokemon Center decided to do a pre-order for more sleeve but with a different color border. THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON ON THE POKEMON CENTER ONLINE WEBSITE!!! The sleeves were then shipped out in October, 2025. You can put one card in each soft sleeve to protect the cards in your deck while you play the game. Comes with 64 sleeves, so there are 4 extra sleeves in case you tear any. They are made of soft plastic. Made in Japan.
