It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in August, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Nyoro Nyoro Friends campaign. It is meant to be a pen or pencil stand, but it could also be displayed as a figure. Made of plastic.
