It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in September, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Halloween Ghost Chateau campaign. THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON ON THE POKEMON CENTER ONLINE WEBSITE. IT COMPLETELY SOLD OUT IMMEDIATELY!!! It has a chain so that you can attach it to bags, keyrings, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). Made in Vietnam. NOTE: The way that this plush toy is made, it will not stand up on its own.
