It was sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Holiday Blessings campaign. THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON ON THE POKEMON CENTER ONLINE WEBSITE!!! It has a plastic clip so that you can attach it to bags, luggage or any other item that you wish to attach it to. Made of soft material (polyester). Made in the Philippines. Note: The way that this plush keychain is made, it will not stand up on its own.
