It was only sold at the Japan Pokemon Centers in October, 2025, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during the Pokemon Holiday Blessings campaign. THERE WAS A BUYING LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON ON THE POKEMON CENTER ONLINE WEBSITE!!! There snow globe base is shaped like Torterra. The snow globe has liquid inside with glitter snowflakes. When you shake it, the snowflakes float around inside the globe. Made of polyresin and glass.
